Team Leader (TL)

Team Lead will be heading the day-to-day Technical Operations and makes sure that all the team members are doing their duties well. A TL will be your next level of contact and you can contact the TL via email, chat or phone. TL submits the work report as well as the team's performance metrics to the Account Manager.

 Shift Leaders (SL)

If your team size is 8 or more, it becomes necessary to have 'mini' Team Leads in each shift to make sure there is a proper work flow. There will be 3 Shift Leads (1 SL per shift) who closely monitors the work done by other team members.

 Quality Managers (QM)

WebHostRepo has a 24/7 independent Quality management department who works closely with each team and monitors more than 90% of the work done by each team. QMs analyze the responses real time via our own internal chat system and the thus ensure that your customers get quality updates and your servers are maintained as per best industry practices.
