We undertake 3rd party software installation/configuration customization troubleshooting under this plan. We are available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week for this at present (off on weekends, IST).

Note: The Hourly Server Administration Plan costs $29.00/hour. Our Engineers can send an additional quote if the requested task doesn’t complete within the hours quoted initially.
