Server Monitoring Plan

We monitor more than 10 critical services/resources of your server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days an year. If any interruption is noted, our Engineers correct the issue.

If the server goes down, our Engineers either notify your Datacenter or reboot the server if a remote management console is available.

Resources monitored include:

• CPU load

• Disk Usage

• Memory Usage

• Number of logged in users

• Total processes
